eToims® (Electrical Twitch Obtaining Intramuscular Stimulation) is a system comprising ET127 device with non-invasive surface stimulation to relax muscles. Very brief surface electrical stimulation at muscle trigger points causes muscles to twitch. Twitches exercise and relax muscle spasm and re-educate muscles to work properly thus improving local muscle circulation. The eToims® Technique and ET127 are the patented inventions of Jennifer Chu, M.D., CEO of ETOIMS Medical Technology and Emeritus Associate Professor in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Pennsylvania Medical School.
